Pricing below shows event pricing during our business hours: Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm.
Room Rental
$300 / Room
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site. (If serving a meal, add kitchen fee).
Two room Rental
$550
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site. (If serving a meal, add kitchen fee).
Three Room Rental
$800
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site. (If serving a meal, add kitchen fee).
Outdoor Space
$100
Use of outdoor electricity, water, parking lot area, and full outdoor space.
Entire Facility
$950
Includes: table linens, beverage service, room set-up and tear-down, cleaning, use of multi-media equipment and staff on-site.
Kitchen
$100
Includes use of refrigerator, freezer, ovens and prep space. Client responsible for clean-up.
Lobby
$150
Includes use of lobby area, beverage service, table linens, set up, tear down, and staff on-site.
Beverages included: Coffee, Tea, and Water.
Linen options: White or Black Tablecloths and Black Napkins.
Wedding Packages
**After hours rate is $100 for every hour after midnight.
After hours rate also applies if we need to open more than an hour
prior to normal operating hours.
1 Day Wedding Package

Access to facility at 9:00 am with event ending no later than midnight.
Facility will be closed to normal business. Includes linens, beverage service, set up, tear down, and onsite staff member.
2 Day Wedding Package
$2,000
Access to decorate the day prior to the event during business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm). Access to facility at 9:00 am with event ending no later than midnight. Access to clean up day after the event from 9am to 12pm. Facility will be closed to normal business. Includes linens, beverage service, set up, tear down, and onsite staff member.
2 Day Wedding Package
$1600
Access to decorate the day prior to the event during business hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm). Access to facility at 9:00 am with event ending no later than midnight. Facility will be closed to normal business. Includes linens, beverage service, set up, tear down, and onsite staff member.
